Who is eligible for the prepaid card?

Any Nigerian can obtain the card - whether they have a UBA account or not

The card is a Naira prepaid card, but you can load it from:
Transfers from any Nigerian bank/UBA E-Channels
Cash deposits at UBA business office

No. The Detty side Prepaid Card is exclusively available at designated airports and on request through the DettySide website. thedettyside.ubagroup.com

ACTIVATION & ONBOARDING

How do I activate my prepaid card?

Scan the QR code inside the card pack, which takes you to a secure UBA activation portal. Follow the KYC steps based on your status (UBA customer or non-UBA customer). Your card is activated within 24 hours.

National ID (NIN slip or physical card)
Voter’s card

Where can I use the prepaid card?

The card works everywhere in Nigeria for:

You can load money via:
Transfers from any Nigerian bank/UBA E-channels
Cash deposits at UBA branches

Daily loading: Up to N4,000,000
Maximum balance at any time: N4,000,000
